We have been a General Contractor who serves the Metro Atlanta area since 2000. We are a 24/7/365 emergency response company and must respond to emergencies within 1 hour. We provide our customers with turn-key solutions to their reconstruction and remodeling needs. Our services include: Large loss mitigation, structure stabilization, demolition, build-outs, content processing and cleaning, commercial and residential restoration and remodeling.
Position Information
Due to the growth of the company, we are in search of a hardworking, motivated, passionate, and experienced Carpenter/Handyman to join our team. The person in this position will be responsible for responding to emergency calls in order to perform and coordinate emergency repairs (board-up, tree removal, tarping, etc.), basic rough and finish carpentry, painting and drywall tasks, report daily to management and key personnel on tasks performed as well as updates on job standards and situations. The Carpenter/Handyman must have a basic working knowledge of trim, sheetrock installation and finish, framing and structural repairs as well as knowledge of the safe handling of tools and equipment use in such repairs.
The ideal candidate will have minimum of 3-5 years experience in the carpentry (rough & finish), painting, and drywall trades. They must be able to respond to after hours emergencies within the specified time frames. Our offices are located in Norcross and due to the nature of the work, individuals living close to Atlanta would be preferred.

Required Knowledge and Abilities
• 5-7 years experience in carpentry (rough & finish), painting, and drywall
• Good craftsmanship and building practices
• Have own tools
• Able to response to after hours emergencies
• Excellent Customer Service
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to co-workers, customers, and clients
Minimum Qualifications
• Must live in North Atlanta Area
• Have reliable transportation
• Have a valid Georgia Driver’s License and a clean driving record
• Able to submit to and pass Drug testing and criminal background check
