Location: Norcross, Georgia

Responsibilities:

  • Accounting/Finance
  • Utilize Quickbooks for day-to-day accounting duties
  • Full Cycle Accounting/Period Close activities – account reconciliations
  • Manage A/P, A/R, and Payroll
  • Provide and interpret financial reports
  • Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities to improve departmental policies and processes
  • Allocations, Accruals, Adjustments
  • Budget Development, review, reporting, etc.
  • Year-end audits / Review
  • Train and evaluate staff to enhance development and professional skills
  • Utilize Fishbowl Inventory Software for maintaining inventory
  • Create and submit purchase orders to vendors
  • Cross-train for processing of customer orders/invoicing
  • Fixed Asset tracking and reconciliation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and minimum of five years of related experience
  • Must have excellent working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Must have experience with Fishbowl Inventory Software or similar inventory management software
  • Must have advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel (formulas)
  • Two years or greater people management
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Willingness to be flexible with tasks and assignments
  • Proven ability to build relationships internally and externally
