We are looking for a customer-focused Intake Specialist to join our team and help us continue to deliver the highest quality service to our clients. Come grow with us!

Duties/Responsibilities

Learn the case types that we offer at the firm.
Qualify each client for a potential case type based on Attorney’s direction, trainings, and other communications.
Use approved sales scripts to convert potential leads into admitted clients based on benefits and values of each case type.
Schedule and regularly follow up with all leads that have potential case types to remind them of the value of our services.
Qualifications and Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
World class customer service skills
Positive attitude
Proven ability to meet deadlines
Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Must be available to work weekends
This position is full-time, with a thorough training period.

Salary:  $23 – $24 / hour plus commission
