Title: Business Development Associate

Hours/Week: Full-time, 40 hours

Compensation: $35k – $45k base salary +commission (depending on experience)

Reports to: Business Development Manager

Territory: Cherokee, Cobb, Dekalb, Forsyth, Fulton & Gwinnett Counties

Summary:
– Perform marketing or sales research to identify prospects

– Build rapport and maintain professional relationships

– Develop verticals and generate leads

– B2B Visits

-Event management and coordination

– Content management

Responsibilities:
– Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through one-on-one visits, organized events, and cold calling
– Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits
– Assist management of current marketing programs while developing new initiatives to drive growth
– Ensure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand Standards
– Utilize marketing technology software to upload CRM contacts, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track
sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
– Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Business Development Manager
– Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/follow-up accordingly
– Attend business networking functions to promote the business
– Coordinate and manage community and charitable events
– Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses for clients
– Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up
– Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested
– Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis

Qualifications:
– Marketing, Business, Public Relations or Communications degree
– Two or more years’ sales and marketing experience ideal
– Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
